Communities Ascend was founded on the backbone of high schoolers and entire communities. In today's competitive world, high schoolers are often pressured into deciding what they want to do for the rest of their lives while also being barred from hands-on opportunities that allow them to explore their career interests. We break that barrier by providing youth opportunities to hone what excites them while helping them make an impact within their communities. At Communities Ascend, students can code websites for local bookstores, create composting/food waste plans for small restaurants, or work as a manager for a small online business.
